PAYMENT POLICY UPDATE:

In 2026, we request that payment for sessions are to be completed at least 7 days before the session. This is to ensure that our facilitators are renumerated for their work and travel costs. If payment has not been completed, unfortunately we will have to cancel or reschedule the session.

If you are unable to pay at time of booking, please email info@stoplooklistenthink.com.au directly to book and request an invoice.

TRAVEL FEE POLICY UPDATE:

Please note, we charge an additional $50 travel fee if the centre is located further than 40km from Richmond OR Glen Iris (VIC) and Bulli (NSW) and $20 for every 30kms there after.

​

For example: Facilitator travels for 85 kms. This would incur the $50 (40kms) + $20 (30kms) + $10 (15kms) = $80 for 85kms.

This helps reimburse the facilitator's travel costs and time.
